I'd hate to post two recipes back to back, but I can't contain myself any
longer. This recipe is life changing. Disregarding the different "marketed"
names, I simply refer to this recipe as Nut Balls. They are officially a staple around here and simply the best! They are merely impossible to
mess up and are super easy to customize to your liking. If you have a sweet tooth, these are a great alternative. I can's say enough about these delicious, healthy bits!

2/3 C walnuts
2/3 C almonds
2/3 C rolled oats
1/4 C dark chocolate (or carob chips)
1/4 C agave nectar (or honey)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs creamy peanut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
Place dry ingredients (except chocolate) into the food processor. Pulse until
everything is evenly chopped. Add agave nectar, vanilla extract, peanut
butter, cinnamon and salt and combine. Once combined, mix in chocolate. Form into balls and
freeze until firm. (Keep stored in freezer.)

You can find the original recipe here. These are a must make, unless you are allergic to nuts, then I wouldn't recommend them at all.
Keep me posted if you come up with other delicious concoctions.
