Conan was in Chicago this past week recording live at the Chicago Theatre. I didn't get to go, but I'd imagine it was pretty awesome. What's also awesome is this 22"x28" hand-pulled typography screenprint poster by I Screen You Screen.

I am by no means a basketball guru. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever watched an entire basketball game until Kenny and I started dating. At that time, the Cavs had Lebron and he was tearing it up. Now Lebron is with the Heat and I'm back to barely watching basketball. Either way, this is cool. The New York Times online posted shooting patterns for the players of the Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder. Whether you are a sports enthusiast or have a knack for information graphics, you may want to check this out.

Sunday Eats

Whole Wheat Pancakes
My whole life I've been a Bisquick pancake kid. This morning I tried a pancake recipe from scratch that I found on skinnytaste.com. They turned out super fluffy and quite delightful. Sorry I don't have any photos, but it'd be worth checking out. I cut the recipe in half and there were still plenty to go around.

With the weather being in the low 90's this weekend, and not a cloud in the sky, we couldn't help but crave a summer staple for dinner, cheese burgers and corn on the cob.

Tribe Game

Went to go see the top 2 teams in the AL Central, Sox vs Indians. Good guys (Indians) lost*. We split this stadium dog...guess which half is mine! I was a little more hungry. Ended the night with ball park fireworks.

*Due to my recent engagement, I am encouraged to show support for all Cleveland athletic teams, excluding the Browns. Sorry.
